1. Who I am

I am an independent website developer offering website design, WordPress/Elementor development, WooCommerce, landing pages, UI/UX and website maintenance services.

2. Information I collect

• Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, company name and message when you contact me or request a quote.
• Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. This may come through standard server logs or analytics tools.
• Publicly available business information: for business-development purposes I may review publicly available business details, such as business name, public website, public phone number, public business email and public social or Google Business profiles. I do not collect private or sensitive personal data for this purpose.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes and services
• To communicate about projects you have requested
• To identify businesses that could benefit from website improvements and contact them with relevant, personalised offers
• To improve the Website and my services
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

I do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

4. Google user data

My app "n8n Website Client Finder" uses Google APIs (Google Sheets and Google Drive). It is used only by me, to read and write my own spreadsheets of business leads.

• The app only reads and writes the spreadsheets I choose. It does not access other users' Google data.
• Google user data is used solely to provide this functionality. It is not shared with or sold to third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
• The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
• You can revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions .

5. Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)

I process personal data based on your consent, to take steps before entering a contract with you, and on my legitimate interests in running and promoting my business. In each case your rights and interests are taken into account.

6. Sharing

I only share information with trusted service providers needed to run my business. These include website hosting, email and automation tools, each bound to protect your data. I also share information when the law requires it.

7. Data retention

I keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Prospect information is deleted on request.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. You can also opt out of any further contact at any time.
